Why you will be a success in this role!
We are looking for an experienced leader to step into a Group Sales Manager role in our Adelaide Direct Sales team.
Working in a dynamic sales environment, you’ll be leading a highly successful and long-tenured team working across a dedicated portfolio and be accountable for budget attainment and the management and growth of an extensive existing client base.
This role requires the ability to drive commercial success across NOVA Entertainment’s wide range of audio assets. You will need to devise strategies and techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets
- lead the coaching and development of the team to extract the best out of each team member
- ensure desired results are delivered in timely manner
- actively seek and develop existing and new business
You are an energetic, results-driven account director who is known for your ability to network, build and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities and provide innovative advertising solutions designed to grow our client’s business.
To be successful in this role (and to lay the foundation for future internal growth and professional development!) you will lead by example and model positive influencing skills, strong negotiation and communications skills, and solid business acumen. You may be coming out of a similar role within an agency or other media/entertainment business.
