Senior Digital & Insights Advisor
Maternity cover – Full time fixed 14 month contract
About the role
This position will develop and deliver high-quality digital media campaigns, social media and web content to support the delivery of Sydney Water’s strategy and to protect and promote Sydney Water’s brand and reputation.
You will have the opportunity to develop and execute a variety of high-impact campaigns designed to educate customers and increase website visitation and awareness of the Sydney Water brand.
This role is for you if you love being hands on with digital ad platforms and analysing data to effectively deliver Sydney Water goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop internal and external digital, multimedia and social media strategies that support Sydney Water’s reputation and thought leadership programs.
- Liaise with marketing, strategic communications, engagement and business development teams to ensure strategic alignment and brand consistency.
- Manage various digital ad platforms to deliver key campaigns for various internal stakeholders.
- Understand trends, innovations and changes in digital and social media channels to highlight opportunities and risks.
- Provide insights and recommendations for digital results across all digital marketing channels to improve channel and campaign performance.
- Monitor ROI and KPIs for all social and digital media platforms.
- Report on channel and campaign performance.
- Manage Sydney Water’s CMS with regular updates and work with internal stakeholders ot improve website performance.
- Create engaging EDM’s to communicate key information to external stakeholders.
About you:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience managing digital channels for a high-profile organisation.
- 5-7 years’ experience in in the development of multi-channel communication strategies .
- Extensive experience in a range of digital ad and social media platforms, and ability to maximise the uses for effective engagement of employees, customer and community segments. These include, but are not limited to: Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, programmatic etc.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target).
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems, Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus.
