The role
As a key member of our Marketing and Communications team, you will support the execution of engaging campaigns, create compelling cross-platform content and help bring our brand to life across various channels. You’ll have a can-do attitude, a growth mindset and a drive to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation that supports Queensland’s sick kids and their families.
This role is full-time and is based at our corporate offices in South Brisbane.
Working closely with the Brand, Marketing and Communications team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing support to the Brand, Marketing & Communications team through contributing to the planning and development of our marketing and communications campaigns
- Assisting in the development and roll-out of internal and external collateral and assets for the broader Foundation team, including but not limited to – newsletters, EDM, website, social and blog posts
- Creating, coordinating, scheduling and delivering content to reach and engage key audiences across key social platforms (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)
- Coordinating post campaign reporting and interpreting campaign results to support continuous improvement.

Key criteria
- To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, media or a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years' experience in a marketing and communications or project coordinator role
- Experience in developing communication materials, including but not limited to – blog posts, newsletters, social media, EDM and website content
- An understanding of marketing fundamentals, including demonstrated experience supporting end-to-end campaigns
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Strong project management skills and experience in managing competing deadlines and stakeholder requirements.
The following skills are also desirable:
- Understanding of SEO and SEM tools and software
- Understanding of Google Suite and Analytics
- Experience in working with Canva and WordPress
- Experience in working with video editing tools.
