Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

🔹 Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with evolving company goals.
Set and achieve annual sales targets for market share and profitability.
Define and implement new and used equipment sales strategies.

🔹 Sales Operations & Customer Focus

Standardise and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop sales incentive programs to drive performance.
Implement customer relationship strategies to strengthen dealership loyalty.
Manage inventory levels and asset turnover goals.

🔹 Leadership & Team Development

Mentor and develop sales and marketing teams.
Drive recruitment, retention, and professional growth.
Foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture.

🔹 Partnerships & Resources

Further strengthen existing relationships with John Deere and key stakeholders.
Oversee sales department assets, including vehicles and office equipment.

The Ideal Candidate should have:

5+ years sales management experience.
Ability to speak effectively one-on-one and within a group.
Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products.
Proven ability to lead and inspire others.
Excellent understanding of financial principles relative to Sales Department operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, online sales platforms and CRM’s.
Ability to analyse and interpret internal reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
