Coastal Dental Care is a network of dental practices and laboratories between Byron Bay, NSW, and Redland Bay, QLD. Established in 2005, our CEO, Dr Franck Page, continues to mentor and support our 18 different locations. This role will be based full-time out of our head office in Southport, Gold Coast. Located 5 minutes from the Broadwater, our office is perfect for someone looking to live the coastal lifestyle.
The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our paid ad strategies (Meta and Google), create engaging ads collateral, and continue to grow our organic reach and SEO. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional results, love all things digital marketing, and enjoy working in a friendly environment, we’d love to hear from you! This is a full-time in office role, working Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital ad campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Create and update digital ads for various campaigns to maintain ad funnels.
- Analyse performance metrics, identify trends, pivot campaigns depending on results and identify/action noticeable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to streamline campaigns and projects with ad collateral and leverage our team’s strong copywriter.
- Build and report on SEO and organic digital content to maintain and exceed current rankings and performance.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally working in a multi-business network.
- Proven success in managing paid campaigns and SEO.
- A strategic mindset paired with strong analytical and creative skills.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta ad Manager, and other marketing tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preference for working in an in-office setting, collaborating directly with team members.
- Hold full Australian work rights
