Key Responsibilities
Growth & Marketing
- Lead and mentor marketing team members, manage resources, provide strategic direction, and drive team performance
- Execute performance marketing across paid/organic channels, optimize funnels, manage ROI across channels, conduct A/b testing, track analytics, implement SEO, and run email campaigns
- Report growth metrics and manage campaign budgets
Community & Brand
- Manage social media platforms, create viral content, and build influencer partnerships
- Coordinate virtual/physical events, community meetups, and webinars
- Maintain brand identity and consistent messaging across all channels
Requirements - 7+ years of growth marketing in crypto/fintech with a proven scaling record
- Strong analytics, community building, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Deep blockchain understanding and performance marketing expertise
- Excellence in data analysis, optimization, and strategic planning
