About the Role
(11 month contract)
Start date: March / April 2025
As an Account Partner and under the wing of an experienced Sales Leader, you will have ownership of a portfolio of residential real estate agency clients across South Brisbane to the Bayside region, including a large corporate client with multiple branches. Driving revenue growth, deepening customer relationships, new product adoption and brand loyalty will be key to cementing Domain as an embedded solution and valuable business partner.
Sitting within the fun and tight-knit QLD Sales and Agent Partnerships team, this is a unique opportunity to map your own schedule, run the territory like your own business, and take the lead on a key client relationship with a large multi-branch corporate group.
Ideal for a charismatic and driven salesperson with a passion for prop-tech, this is a chance to flex your presentation and negotiation skills,bringing your own stamp with new ideas and best practices, and open the doors to long-term opportunities within the wider Domain ecosystem.
In a typical day you can expect to:

Get to know our key clients’ businesses intimately through close collaboration and maintaining strong partnerships.

Improve outcomes for clients by solution-selling across Domain’s portfolio of products.

Act as relationship lead for a key corporate client, and a point of escalation for both client and their other Account Partners within Domain.

Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle – from first meetings and demonstrations, building a business case and contract execution, through to reporting on account performance.

Present Domain insights to key stakeholders and attend customer events / sales meetings.

Strategise and implement business growth initiatives.

Proactively maintain relationships, introducing new and featured products that can solve problems and give clients the tools they need to achieve their goals.

Provide world class customer service by efficiently resolving client queries and operational/account issues.

Continually provide feedback on market conditions such as competitive activities (sales tactics and marketing initiatives), as well as potential barriers and opportunities.
Our Ideal Person:
ESSENTIAL:
-
Strong track record in face-to-face sales / account management.
-
Experience working in (or with) the real estate industry.

Strong interest in prop-tech.
-
Ability to drive and meet clients across the north Brisbane region (car allowance provided).

Excellent stakeholder management

Confidence in speaking / presenting to senior stakeholders and large groups

Hunger for growth, and a strong sense of ambition.

Valid Australian drivers license and reliable vehicle
