About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and has a deep understanding of various social media platforms and trends. The role will require the candidate to be responsible for developing and executing multiple social media calendars to enhance our client's online presence, engage with our audience, and drive growth. They will also need to be a team player - collaborating with the broader social media team, taking guidance from senior leads and providing mentorship to junior team members.
What will I be doing?
- Creating and curating engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia formats, that align with our client’s brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
- Managing multiple content calendars covering a variety of social media channels.
- Actively scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and analysing performance metrics.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including digital, design, and content, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Monitoring social media conversations and trends related to our industry, competitors, and relevant topics.
- Utilising social media management tools and analytics platforms to track key performance metrics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to optimise our strategy and achieve business goals.
- Stay abreast of emerging social media platforms and technologies, and explore opportunities for expansion and innovation in our social media presence.
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years in Account Management and/or Social Media related roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to craft compelling and engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience in client communications, with an in-depth understanding of how to be an extension of a client team.
- Excellent time management skills to manage multiple social media platforms, campaigns, and tasks simultaneously. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in social media related scheduling software.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Agency experience.
