Marketing Transformation Specialist

About the role:
The Marketing Transformation Specialist will support the Manager and Marketing Transformation Lead in delivering enhanced marketing experiences and media effectiveness through AI, future facing data, insights and experience capabilities.
More specifically, you will:
- Providing subject matter expertise across all digital media channels with the aim of connecting the customer experience throughout Brand, Content, Personalisation & Performance strategies.
- Proactively work with key partners on monitoring trends and assist with tests that relate to emerging capability.
- Support adoption of Digital Media testing and experimentation best practice and advocate for proven experiences to be scaled across Suncorp Brands.
- Collaborate with Digital & Customer Marketing stakeholders to support new processes required due to changing privacy requirements.
- Support Marketing Transformation lead with ensuring progression of media privacy enhancing technology roadmap.
- Work collaboratively with Digital Media & Customer Marketing teams, as well as external partners to collect requirements for driving AI capability aligned to strategic business objectives.
- Support change management by using Adoption Framework artefacts to support Digital & Customer Marketing AI initiatives.
- Support the Marketing Transformation Lead with sprint execution and project management of the Marketing Transformation Roadmap.
- Proactively support Brand & Customer Experience Teams to unlock performance, maximise technology and improve process in collaboration with agency partners.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics or similar (Desirable)
- 2+ years marketing experience agency side with a focus on digital marketing or customer marketing, executing Performance Campaigns through EDM, SEM, Display or Video Channels
- 2+ years' client-side experience in a digital role advantageous
- Digital marketing strategy experience using 1p data to connect the customer experience across digital marketing channels
- Experience using Adobe & Google Marketing Products preferable (Analytics – AA/GA, Campaign Manager, SA360, DV360)
