About The Role and Team

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing & Business Development Team. The team collaborates on client engagement, branding, and design, bid management, copywriting, event strategy, planning and delivery, content creation, award submissions, digital marketing, and media relations.
Based in our Perth office, this role is central to supporting the marketing and administration needs of our head of marketing, as well as the requirements of our Perth and regional offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation, scheduling, and delivery of content across social media channels and website.
- Organise client events in Perth, from guest list management to delivery coordination and helping with event delivery.
- Develop and update marketing materials such as credentials, brochures, flyers, and signage.
- Help with the coordination of marketing activities related to business and industry associations, including events and sponsorships.
- Help in business development and marketing initiatives, executing planned actions.
- Support the preparation and submission of entries for directories and awards, tender submissions, and expressions of interest, including tracking outcomes.
- Conduct research specific to clients, industries, or practice areas.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including invoice processing, data analysis, and reporting on digital and social media metrics.
Skills And Experience:
- 4 – 5 years' experience in marketing, event administration and content creation
- Experienced in the use of software including Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Experience with CMS for updating website content.
- Experience using CRM systems desirable.
- Proficiency in event management, preferably within an in-house or hospitality setting.
- Exceptional administrative abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels within the business.
- Attention to detail and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
