Reporting to the Brand Position & Strategic Communications Senior Manager, the Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the development and execution of campaigns, thought leadership content and digital marketing for Australia & New Zealand.
As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the ANZ region, with a primary focus on executing high-impact content campaigns, managing email marketing initiatives, and publishing thought leadership. - 7+ years marketing experience, with a strong focus on content campaigns, email marketing, and thought leadership
- Experience working within professional services or similar complex matrix structured organisation is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience executing multichannel strategy in PR, CRM, digital and events
- Proficiency in email marketing and database & contact management platforms, including development of best practice and driving ongoing improvements (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dynamics CRM, Adobe Marketo)
- A strong understanding of B2B/professional services marketing principals
- Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and partners

- Provide Partners and Practice Area Nodes with visibility and facilitate input into the global and local publication pipeline
- Coordinate with Practice Areas to initiate local mailouts of relevant publications from the global pipeline
- Manage the production, distribution, publishing and mailing of local publications
- Liaise with Global Marketing and webpage development teams to ensure local reports are posted online
- Develop copy and assets for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram etc.) to promote our thought leadership
- Develop and own the local content calendar
Campaign Management - Plan, execute, and optimize integrated content campaigns across multiple channels, including web, social media, and email, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content campaigns, tracking key metrics and ROI to provide insights and recommendations to enhance future initiatives
- Design, build and deploy targeted marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage clients and promote the firms thought leadership
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the email marketing tool, Salesforce for the dissemination of key Practice Area content and local reports
- Leverage digital channels, including social media, email newsletters, and the firm’s website, to amplify thought leadership content and extend its reach within the ANZ market
Brand Marketing - Provide broader marketing support within the team on shared brand marketing initiatives as required, including events, alumni engagement and Seat At The Table (SATT) partnerships
- Collaborate with Global Media and Content teams and local PR agency to support amplification of thought leadership content to support strategic objectives
- Review opportunities and consult with Senior Marketing Manager and PR agency to identify and proactively manage potential risks to support brand reputation management activity
- Develop and support BCG leadership in professionalising the use of social media platforms
BCG’s marketing team drives the firm’s reputation as a thought leader. We work to strengthen and protect BCG’s brand, advance our business agenda, and partner with management to engage with our key audiences through tools such as global thought-leadership publications, public relations, alumni outreach, recruitment marketing, and social media. - BCG ANZ Partnership: work closely with Managing Director & Partners (MDPs) to understand priorities and objectives, ensuring that marketing efforts align with business goals and effectively support client engagement and relationships.
- Marketing & Engagement Team: collaborate with local, regional and global marketing teams to ensure consistency and coherence in messaging, branding, and campaign execution.
- Design Studios: work in partnership with our in-house design team on the development and production of content.
