Your Team The Digital Experience team is part of CFS’ Customer Office which is accountable for our customer’s digital experiences and services from ideation and design through to planning and execution. Your Responsibilities As a key member of the Digital Experience team, your contribution and impact will be to drive a customer first, product vision and strategy on FirstNet (secure channels for member and adviser) whilst ensuring we are solving the right problem before building solutions.
- Help develop the FirstNet (secure channels for member and adviser) strategy and drive its execution
- Identify opportunities that solve customer problems and drive business outcomes by conducting analysis and presenting findings to drive alignment
- Managing senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that backlog prioritisation, roadmaps and digital experience is understood and agreed to on a regular basis
- Ideate, discover and design with cross-functional teams to deliver experiences that provide maximum value to CFS members and advisers
- Work closely with UX Design team to optimise and build market leading digital experiences
- Measure performance and iterate based on data and insights to continually optimise the experience
- Work closely with offshore technology delivery teams to ensure solutions are built right
- Identify, articulate and manage risks, issues and dependencies
- Accountability for managing incidents, addressing impediments, driving decisions, and resolving escalations
Your Capability and Experience
- Proven experience of Digital Product Owner
- Demonstrated ability in managing and influencing stakeholders
- Experience in backlog and roadmap management to deliver on the product vision
- Proven experience in running product Discovery sessions
- Prior experience working with agile delivery teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience of UX Design and Web Analytics
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and enjoys continuous improvement
- Enjoys working in a fact paced large organisation
- Pragmatic teammate who builds positive relationships and collaborates across multiple levels and functions of the business
- Wealth management and/or financial services experience is desirable.
- Experience with Adobe tech stack is an advantage
- Tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in a related field
