The purpose of the Social Media Executive is to manage the flow of jobs moving in and out of the Creative and Content team and to support in the implementation of the social media strategy for our Iconic Flight Centre brand.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the workflow for the creative and content teams, including reviewing briefs and assigning jobs to graphic and digital designers and content writers in Project Management system Wrike
- Manage the printing and distribution of merchandising, point of sale collateral into Flight Centre stores
- Develop engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms
- Schedule and post content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., ensuring a consistent brand voice
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly to foster community interaction and engagement
Who you are:
- At least 1 years' experience in a general marketing role or a highly skilled graduate
- Experience with TikTok with promoting a brand/product
- Experience and understanding of project management tools such as Wrike is desired
- Retail and/or wholesale travel sales experience is desired
