About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Growth Marketer to lead the charge in expanding our participant panel through innovative and data-driven growth strategies. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our participant base, ensuring that UX researchers have access to a diverse and engaged pool of participants. If you're a creative thinker with a knack for leveraging multiple growth channels, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive global participant panel growth and engagement.
- Plan, organise, and execute participant acquisition campaigns globally across various channels, including paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), organic social media, demand gen, SEO (including programmatic SEO) and more.
- Analyse, monitor, and improve campaign performance to maximise ROI. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimise marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance participant engagement and retention on the platform. Monitor user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the participant experience.
- Analyse participant activation, engagement, and churn and develop strategies to reduce it.
What you’ll bring:
- You've got at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, whether in-house or at a digital agency, you're off to a great start.
- Your proven track record in supporting full-funnel growth strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and channel goals will shine here.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel). Ability to derive actionable insights from data and drive decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
- Goal-driven with a focus on achieving measurable growth targets. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
