4WD Supacentre is the home of the much-loved brand Adventure Kings, specialising in outdoor recreation and lifestyle products. We are a fast-growing customer-centric business that is looking for the next generation of leaders to support our exponential growth and push the boundaries of achievable. We currently operate 27 stores with another 8 on target this year.
Responsibilities:
- Support the setting of priorities for improvements to the eCommerce sites.
- Develop strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
- Ensure that the eCommerce sites support the businesses operating and sales objectives.
- Ensure all content on the site/s is accurate and up to date.
- Directing the activities of copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
- Develop briefs and requirements for software developers.
- Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
- Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Reporting on site performance, improvements, and strategies
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+years of experience in ecommerce management or related field
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies
- Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
