About the role
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies and managing the end-to-end processes for launching new or redefined products and services. You will assess commercial feasibility, repackage existing products, and define compelling value propositions. Your role will involve close collaboration with senior managers and various departments to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Go-to-Market Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive strategies and project plans for launching new or redefined products and services.
- Assess commercial feasibility and define value propositions.
- Launch Planning and Execution:
- Create detailed launch plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior managers and various departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of go-to-market plans.
- Market and Customer Research:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, analyse data for product roadmaps and marketing strategies, and conduct post-launch evaluations.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Over 3 years’ experience in product marketing within a small business, startup, or service-based company.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Understanding of market research techniques, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proven track record of successful product/service launches.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience in data driven decision making.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and a strong desire to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
