The opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for a Administration Assistant in our Port Kembla Office. This role is crucial in supporting our consultants across various offices in Victoria and New South Wales. As part of a collaborative team of Administrators, you'll be responsible for a range of project-related tasks, from document preparation and data analysis using Microsoft Office to managing project compliance and coordinating logistics for meetings and workshops.
We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills to ensure the operational efficiency of our projects.
The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, outstanding organisational abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
