Job Description
As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Bilue, you’ll be collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, designers, and delivery managers on a variety of exciting projects with a diverse client base.
In this role, you’ll leverage your deep expertise in native mobile UX/UI design to research, ideate, and craft intuitive mobile solutions that look and feel beautiful on platform-specific devices. You'll hone your skills across user research, prototyping, user testing, and interface design, ensuring the unique requirements of native mobile environments are met seamlessly.
This role will empower you to grow and refine your native mobile design expertise to create impactful, user-centred products. Your passion for learning and innovation will drive best-practice design across an array of projects in mobile, web, cloud, and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design process, crafting engaging, user-centred native mobile solutions from concept through to final design, ensuring high-quality and platform-specific user experiences on iOS and Android.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback sessions to validate design concepts and improve mobile experiences based on real user insights.
Work closely with engineers, product owners, and project managers in an agile environment, contributing to design discussions, aligning on requirements, and ensuring seamless integration of designs.
Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity visuals that communicate the intended user flow and interface interactions, meeting accessibility standards and native design guidelines for both iOS and Android.
Champion mobile design best practices, continuously learning and implementing the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and techniques to elevate mobile design within the team.
Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and pain points, presenting design decisions clearly and aligning on expectations to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Apply a commercial approach to design, focusing on client needs, ROI, and maintaining a balance between user-centric design and business objectives.
Qualifications
About you:
- You’re an experienced designer with a strong focus on native mobile UX/UI for iOS and Android.
- With a deep understanding of platform-specific design principles, you create user-centric mobile experiences that are both visually compelling and highly functional.
- From user research to usability testing, you’re skilled at uncovering insights that inform intuitive designs, and you bring them to life with high-fidelity visuals and prototypes using tools like Figma and Sketch. (Ensuring they meet both platform and accessibility standards)
- A natural collaborator, you work effectively within agile teams, partnering with engineers, product managers, and clients to deliver impactful, user-driven solutions that align with business objectives.
- You bring a consultative approach to your work, balancing user needs with commercial considerations, and you’re excited to stay on top of industry trends and best practices.
- With a passion for growth, you’re also comfortable mentoring junior designers, sharing insights, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
