experience to join our company in a Full Time role.
About the position
Social Media and Retail Sales Assistant is who is able to provide high-class customer service and enhance the company’s online presence through online marketing on various social media platforms and online marketplaces such as Facebook and eBay. Experience with these platforms is essential to the job as we aim to keep customers and clients alike engaged with our company. Through analyzing statistics and reviewing content, you are expected to broaden a wide range of people to encompass foot traffic across all platforms and drive sales.
Retail Sales Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaise with customers and deal with customer queries and complaints
Maintain professional contact with internal and external customers when interacting with them, both in person, over the phone, and online
Arrange the inspection and delivery of goods and/or the arrange returns of goods
Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Reach the outlined sales target
Actively maintain strong product knowledge of goods being supplied and the marketplace
Handling payments and managing financial transactions.
Inform customers about discounts and special offers/promotions
Social Media Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy and goals, consistent with the company’s brand identity across platforms such as Facebook, eBay, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Content creation and editing of photos and videos that promote the company’s products are to be posted and advertised in a high volume across all social media platforms
Review analytics and define social media KPIs to refine the strengths and weaknesses of different social media marketing campaigns.
Ensure that social media postings are made using effective marketing techniques to achieve maximum interaction.
Engage with social media followers, including responding to social media messages, inquiries, reviews, and comments in a timely matter
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies and knowhow to solve technological issues independently
Eligibility & Skills:
Atleast 1 year of experience as a Retail Sales Assistant
Atleast 1 year of experience as Social Media Assistant
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or in a related field (preferred)
Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and eBay, as well as the most effective marketing techniques
Advanced computer skills and familiar with graphic design software. Such as Adobe Photoshop.
Knowledgeable in managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, eBay pages and postings.
Ability to work unsupervised, work well under pressure, and prioritize workload
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Training and Orientation: Smithfield NSW.
Candidate need to be able to attend Interview, Training and Orientation at Smithfield office prior to commence of work in Chippendale Shopfront.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $140.00 – $175.00 per day
