About This Opportunity
We are seeking multiple highly motivated, experienced and multi-talented Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of a Digital Health projects. This position is responsible for a range of activities across the relevant phase of project delivery, including (but not limited to) coordinating project plans, implementing project monitoring and evaluation mechanisms; ensuring project outcomes are delivered on time and within budget; engaging with key stakeholders and overseeing the project budget
Key responsibilities will include: (Maximum 3-4 points)
Lead project planning and advise on efficient delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Manage tender processes, vendor evaluations, and procurement compliance.
Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality objectives.
Lead stakeholder engagement and provide regular updates to the Project Steering Committee.

About You
Bachelor Degree in a relevant health discipline with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training.
Demonstrated experience in a project management role of similar scale and scope.
Current knowledge of best-practice/leading project management methodologies and frameworks, such as Prince 2.
Demonstrated project planning experience, including the ability to prioritise tasks, work to tight deadlines, anticipate future requirements and resolve issues.
Excellent time management skills, including the ability to balance competing priorities within tight timeframes.
Advanced written and oral communication skills.
Experience in a Digital Health environment would be desirable.
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia, criminal check, education check and mandatory immunisations
