Your role within the team
Reporting to the Senior Content Manager and working closely with the Social Media Coordinator and the PR Manager, this role plays a vital support function within the team assisting in always on activity and campaigns for both the Social and PR functions. The role is responsible for supporting the implementation of Swisse AU and Swisse Beauty social media (across all relevant channels) and other brand accounts. This role collaborates closely with all other units of the marketing team; brand, digital, shopper marketing and PR teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support in developing engaging content for social media platforms,
- Create graphics, videos, and written posts aligned with brand messaging,
- Schedule and manage posts using social media management tools,
- Monitor channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly,
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics; prepare regular reports,
- Coordinate with influencers and brand partners for collaborations,
- Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the brand world,
- Support creative briefs and influencer strategy in collaboration with PR,
- Support PR campaigns, events and talent relationships,
- Support Swisse and Swisse Beauty influencer strategy– aligning with all PR, Social Media e-comm and sales strategy,
- Work with PR and production agencies to support day to day campaign, production and PR roll out,
- Manage team administrative tasks – invoicing, product ordering and send outs, internal event support,
- Supports awards submissions.

- 1-2 years in a social media or communications role,
- Experience in developing engaging content (graphics, videos, written posts) for social media,
- Editing skills,
- Proficiency with social media management tools and skills in monitoring and engaging online communities,
- Ability to track and report on social media performance metrics,
- Skills in managing influencer campaigns and contributing to creative direction,
- Awareness of social media / PR / talent trends and best engagement practices,
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities,
- Organizational skills to handle multiple projects effectively,
- Supported PR campaigns, events, influencer and talent activity,
- Budget and invoice management.
