We’re on the hunt for a Digital Media Manager to service a diverse and stellar client roster alongside our team of storytellers across all mediums.

Summary:
This role requires the candidate to have an entrepreneurial approach to work within the digital media division to develop innovative digital media strategies, and then execute these into planning campaigns that deliver and exceed on campaign objectives. It also exposes the candidate to leadership and broader strategic opportunities.
Your team:
This position will have exposure to a wide range of blue-chip clients. You will not be a stranger to working collaboratively and independently where needed, striving for the best brand outcomes and pushing the creative envelope.
Responsibilities:
- Be the digital media voice within the client servicing team/s you are working within.
- Developing digital media responses to briefs and translate these into media plans that deliver and exceed campaign objectives
- Leading the digital media planning across (but not limited to) Meta, Pinterest, Tik Tok, , Google Ads and The Trade Desk platforms
- Managing social, search and programmatic campaigns
- Auditing client and campaign performance and guiding the ongoing planning
- Management of post-campaign reporting and analysis, and presenting findings to our clients
- Budget tracking & management
- Competitive & segment data analytics and analysis
- Management of direct report/s and campaign performance.
- Tracking benchmarks for new and existing digital media work, both retained and project-based.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
- 2+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying
- Experience in planning and buying search and social is essential. Programmatic experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

We will only review candidates who have a valid work permit / working rights for Australia and are located in Melbourne or surrounds.
Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 + superannuation.
