About the role
The Head of Marketing manages T2’s global marketing and communication programs. Responsible for multi-channel campaign planning and execution, leveraging customer insights, shaping communications strategy to maximize sales, building brand awareness / penetration and driving customer engagement across all channels. Primary responsibility is the ongoing management and implementation of the marketing calendar.
Key Success Measures
- Lead a high performing team to deliver against business KPI’s (budgeted sales, reach, engagement etc), increase the brand’s saliency and consideration across all channels.
- Grow brand awareness and penetration (acquisition of new customers) through the development and execution of strategic brand-aligned marketing strategies.
- Effective end-to-end campaign management including leading creative development process.
- Maximising the marketing budget to deliver campaigns and ROI.
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure excellence in execution.
