YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY
Join our high-performing Retail Operations team as the Retail/Sales Marketing Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in driving foot traffic to our stores by building brand awareness and loyalty. Use your expertise to develop targeted marketing programs and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to elevate our brand presence.
Get excited to:
- Develop collaborative relationships with all Centre Marketing teams throughout Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and UK, ensuring a twoway conversation that proactively drives Forever New objectives whilst also reactively manages requests and optimises opportunities for the brand
- Coordinate the logistical planning, communication and execution of all relevant opportunities including but not limited to VIP events, new store openings, in centre advertising, visual merchandising displays and product loans
- Take a proactive approach in promoting all store-based initiatives, events and promotions, ensuring coverage across the Centre’s digital channels and inclusion on Forever News own channels
- Build & manage a retail marketing calendar and WIP that supports the overarching role objectives Forever New | Position description
- Implement a weekly communications plan with all aligned market Centres
- Brief in creative requirements to the Graphics team, ensuring adequate timelines are allowed
- Prepare store communications for proposed new initiatives affecting stores, as required
- Conduct a PIR on all marketing activations using the data to formulate future initiatives
- Develop a collaborative working relationship with key stake holder within, but not limited to, Retail Operations, VM, Store Development, Marketing & digital, E-Com & Graphic Design
- Maximise all relevant opportunities for the brand, ensuring Forever New is consistently portrayed in line with company standards
- Effectively manage the execution of Centre Marketing initiatives, including timely internal communication and approvals by Forever New stakeholders
- Drive store traffic by partnering with centre marketing teams on free and paid marketing activities and support international teams with retail marketing activity
- Support store and customer growth through support of store programs like Reserve in Store, Virtual and Store Appointments, Clienteling, etc.
- Leverage these digital customer initiatives to drive customer outcomes and sales initiatives.Ie Promote the Livestream, instore appointments
- Holds the relationship with Brauz covering reserve in store & in store/virtual appointments

THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
- Related tertiary qualifications, diploma in Marketing or Communications from an accredited educational institution
- 3 – 5 years related retail fashion industry experience A sound understanding of communication and marketing principals
- Demonstrates good judgement, confidence, creativity and a high energy level with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet the needs of multiple stakeholders and converging deadlines
- Ability to prioritise competing priorities and deadlines
- Attention to detail, excellent organisation skills and self-motivation
- Computer skills – including proficiency in Photoshop, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- A keen desire to learn and develop a career in the field of Retail Marketing
- A proactive approach and passion to achieve results
