We have an incredible opportunity for a Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist to join our Technology team, to support and enable our business to gain valuable insights and drive business strategy.
The Role You Could Play
Reporting to the Digital Analytics Manager, this role will work in an agile environment and act as the SME on tag management (GTM) and DataLayer implementation. As a part of the broader Data and Analytics team within Technology, this position will contribute to the tagging of new website and app initiatives. The responsibilities include collaborating with developers and the broader technology team and product teams to identify and assess opportunities, establish a comprehensive tagging process and roadmap, configure tracking and monitoring dashboards, and provide insights.
While this role’s primary responsibility will be to support digital team, there will be opportunities to work across the business, providing tracking support and insights across e-Comm trade, content, CRM, personalisation, and marketing. This role will also have the exciting opportunity to support the integration of digital data into the new data platform.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate data collection and configuration of digital analytics tools
- Deliver analysis to improve the user experience
- Data governance & platform ownership
- Monitor performance against digital targets
What You Will Bring
Our ideal candidate has:
- Experience in digital analytics, preferably within e-Commerce FMCG retail
- Highly experienced in web analytics tools, Google Analytics (GA4 preferable)
- Tag Management Solution experience is essential (Google Tag Manager preferred)
- Ability to translate requirements from business stakeholders into technical requirements and solution design
- Experienced in DataLayer implementation
- Experience implementing and drawing insights from app analytics tools (Firebase/Big Query preferred) is highly regarded
- Experience with web programming languages and frameworks (e.g. JavaScript) is highly regarded
- Experience delivering and continually improving performance dashboards using tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau
- Experience in data mining using SQL is highly regarded
- Experience working in an agile environment
