ONCALL is currently searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Victoria! This role would be perfect for a new grad looking for their first role in the marketing industry.
About the role:
- Collaborate effectively to ensure team goals are achieved by providing input into decision making and problem solving.
- Set and implement social media and EDM calendar plans that captivate our audience and enhance our brand presence.
- Boost our Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency and plans are in line with the overall business strategy.
- Promote events through EDMs, social media and other media channels.
- Stay up to date with social media and marketing trends locally and globally.
- Create content or facilitate ideas for content creation.
- Drive socials engagement and interact with our community across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Capture photos, videos and stories of clients and support workers in the community providing they have consent to share over our social media and online blog.
- Organise and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Build relationships with clients and support workers within the community and encourage them to take part in events, online social networks, stories and videos if they are interested.
About you:
We are looking for someone who is willing to jump straight into this role with a Bachelor degree in Media, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or relevant field.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to relate to a diverse range of people.
- Attention to detail with the ability to think outside the square.
- Caring and understanding and in line with ONCALL values
- Current NDIS Worker Screening & Working with Children check (these can be applied for throughout recruitment process)
- Current and unrestricted Driver's License
