Make an impact in Deakin’s Infrastructure & Digital division following an exciting period of change within the University. These key positions work closely with Portfolio Delivery leaders and teams and provide analytical support for the planning, execution and evaluation of digital and physical infrastructure projects. The roles are focused on enhancing the customer experience through integrating physical and digital infrastructure, projects, and services to deliver seamless, impactful solutions tailored to customer needs.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Project Analysis, the Senior / Project Analyst will ensure that project objectives are met by providing essential business analysis and data driven insights, project reporting, tracking project performance and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training (engineering, IT, project management or business)
- Extensive experience working in project analysis or management, in a physical or digital development environment (Senior Project Analyst)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in business analysis or project analysis with the ability to interpret complex project data and provide actionable insights (Senior Project Analyst)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in business analysis or project analysis in a physical or digital development environment (Project Analyst)
- Familiarity with IT systems and/or physical infrastructure principles (Project Analyst)
