Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Reporting into: Head of Australasian Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
As our Marketing Coordinator - Domestic Artists, you will:
Coordinate Marketing Campaigns:Support the marketing team in creating and executing audience-driven, insight-led strategies for domestic artists. Take ownership of selected aspects of plans to develop your skills.
Project Coordination: Manage campaign timelines, assets, and material deadlines. Track and report performance data to stakeholders.
Digital & Asset Management: Optimize artists' digital accounts, manage campaign materials, and oversee music distribution across platforms.
Financial Administration: Assist with budgets, including processing invoices, raising purchase orders, and setting up suppliers.
Creative Support:Coordinate artist shoots, manage workflows with external creatives, and ensure the timely delivery of assets.
Artist Marketing Support: Create Linkfires and basic digital assets, manage ticketing and competitions, and update marketing materials.
E-Commerce: Collaborate with the e-commerce team to develop and promote exclusive products for direct-to-consumer channels.
General Administration: Support meetings, presentations, and office coordination, ensuring smooth campaign delivery.
About you:
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 1 year of early career experience in marketing within a creative environment, such as the commercial entertainment industry, record labels, or digital service providers (DSPs).
Is passionate about music and the entertainment industry, with a strong interest in live music and an understanding of diverse creatives, audiences, and their unique needs.
Excels at building relationships and demonstrates strong communication skills.
Has experience contributing to marketing campaigns and assisting in their development.
Is familiar with music streaming and social media platforms, actively using them to stay informed and connected.
Possesses financial administration skills with the ability to manage budgets and processes effectively.
Thinks creatively and embraces curiosity, always eager to learn and innovate.
Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and an organized approach to tasks.
Is proactive, driven, and future-focused, with a can-do attitude.
Thrives in a team environment, collaborating effectively with others to achieve shared goals.
