What your days might look like
As a Global Social Media Manager, you’ll be reporting to the Senior Creative Content Manager. The mission for this role is to manage Employment Hero’s social media presence by executing and optimising strategies that deliver consistent, engaging, and high-quality content. This role focuses on building and nurturing online communities, driving audience engagement, and creating engaging content across all social platforms.
As a Global Social Media Manager, you’ll be:
- Social Media Expertise: Demonstrates deep knowledge of platform-specific best practices, trends, and algorithms for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Content Creation: Skilled in planning, creating, and executing visually engaging and innovative content tailored to target audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in tracking and interpreting social media performance data to make data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration: Works effectively across teams, fostering strong communication and coordination with internal stakeholders such as the Senior Social Media Manager, Video Production Manager, and designers.
- Creativity: Brings bold, original ideas to the table, constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in social media content.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, quickly adjusting to new trends and priorities while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What you will bring
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with Employment Hero’s brand strategy, delivering consistent and high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Lead the creation of engaging social-first video content, both behind and in front of the camera, ensuring innovative storytelling that drives audience growth and meaningful engagement.
- Oversee and enhance Community Management activities executed by two coordinators, ensuring prompt and professional audience interactions.
- Execute innovative social media campaigns and trend-based initiatives to increase followers, engagement rates, and platform-specific metrics.
- Track, analyse, and report on the performance of social media content and campaigns, using insights to inform and optimise future strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
