Key responsibilities
Develop and execute dual-stream marketing campaigns for the Australian market:
Brand awareness campaigns that build market presence and strengthen brand positioning in Australia
Sales activation campaigns that drive measurable business results and revenue growth in the Australian market
Lead campaign conceptualization and strategic planning aligned with both local market needs and global brand guidelines
Analyze Australian market data, campaign metrics, and sales performance to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI
Build and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders while ensuring campaigns resonate with Australian audiences
Manage marketing budgets for Australian campaigns while coordinating with global marketing initiatives
Develop measurement frameworks to track both brand health metrics and sales performance indicators in the Australian market
Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally
Requirements
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years specifically in campaign management
Proven track record in both brand building and sales activation campaigns in the Australian market
Strong understanding of Australian consumer behavior and market dynamics
