About the Opportunity
Working with the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Program Manager, FCM Meetings & Events, will be a strong, generalist and creative marketer who will have experience in B2B marketing and events. They will architect brand initiatives and campaigns that demonstrate insight and imagination to achieve agreed outcomes across multiple platforms. The candidate will need to use project management principles to coordinate multi-disciplinary resources both within and outside of the marketing team. The ability to define content appropriate to the target audience and their position on the buyers' journey is fundamental.
What you will be doing
Someone who can move from strategic thinking to tactical execution seamlessly and who will relish the challenge to be responsible for the following:
- Manage the implementation, execution and measurement of FCM Meetings & Events marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain the annual campaign calendar for FCM Meetings & Events
- Create campaign production schedules and manage delivery against the timeline, cost base and resources
- Maintains an intimate understanding of market positioning, key value propositions and messaging for solutions
- Analysing, leveraging, and acting on data-driven insights to help guide the overall marketing strategy
- Maintain the allocated budget required to meet marketing goals
- Champion and communicate brand and campaign initiatives to key stakeholders
- Competitor Analysis to identify gaps or opportunities in our brand strategy
- Work with suppliers to utilise mutually agreed marketing funds
- Work closely with Product Marketing to build the brand product and technology narrative where applicable
- Support general corporate marketing projects related to LMS Pillar on behalf of Marketing
Experience / Knowledge
- Experience in Corporate Travel/Travel/Events Industry highly desirable
- 5-7 years of related experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of current market trends in the B2B travel environment
- Highly organised, proactive, and creative
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of digital marketing principles
