About the role
In this pivotal role, you’ll be working alongside top performance marketing experts in a dynamic environment where your passion for user-centric experiences and cross-functional collaboration will help achieve ambitious growth goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage, lead and optimize paid social campaign efforts across key markets
- Partner with international growth marketing teams to provide strategic direction for paid social initiatives
- Provide accurate and timely weekly reports for the team and stakeholders regarding campaign performance
- Be the go-to person who will work closely with paid social and internal teams to ensure the best paid social practices and performance are consistently delivered
- Participate in other marketing, product and growth activities as needed
- Develop new approaches to improve both performance and efficiency
- Drive growth in digital strategies across multiple parts of the funnel, and support efforts in various international markets
Who you are:
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience, particularly in paid social campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of the digital landscape across Channels, Platforms and Digital Environments, including paid social audio and video
- A proven track record in leading international marketing campaigns and understanding regional nuances
- Experience working with technical teams to prioritize platform and measurement requirements
- Strong understanding of brand measurement tools and campaign optimization
