We are looking for an experienced marketing specialist to join our team.
Location: Sydney, NSW 2000
Role: Full time
Salary Range: $75,000- $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.
The responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
● Create comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the real estate market, focusing on various types of properties and target audiences.
● Analyse market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities.
● Develop marketing strategies and organise campaigns to align with company objectives and enhance market presence in the real estate sector.
● Identify market opportunities and provide insights for the development, coordination, and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting company’s real estate offerings.
● Develop and manage the marketing budget to allocate resources effectively.
● Manage digital platforms such as social media, websites, and email marketing to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
● Measure the effectiveness of strategies and provide methodologies to optimise.
● Monitoring and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns using metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
● Continuously maintain relationship with senior stakeholders and develop new relationship through networking
● Conducting performance assessment, value measurements and ROI
● Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing efforts.
● Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing reports and insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
● Work with sales and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
● Foster relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners through effective communication and engagement, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements and Qualifications:
● Minimum 2 years work experience in marketing or related domain with a preference for experience in the real estate industry.
● Minimum bachelor’s level qualification
● Demonstrate excellence in marketing, with the ability to expand domestic and international markets and manage sales teams.
● Exceptional leadership skills and communication abilities to motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
● Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
● Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS).
● Fluency in Spanish/Latin language is preferred.
Australian citizens and permanent residents are preferred.
