What’s the role?
This role is perfectly suited for an experienced Google Ads (and Bing) specialist with some experience in social media platforms and Google DV360. You will create, manage and report on paid search and digital media campaigns, speaking directly with clients. You will work with our Digital Media Director, and Media Client Director to implement strategies for a host of clients. You will be part of a close-knit digital media team within a full-service media, creative and digital agency.
What will you be doing?
- Strategise, plan, develop and execute digital media marketing strategies across digital media channels including search, social media, display and video tactics.
- Apply a scientific approach to digital performance, staying tight to metrics and with a ruthless focus on results.
- Ongoing optimisation, analysing data and reporting insights across campaigns to increase performance and ROI.
- Create compelling ad copy and have significant input in ad creatives for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders such as internal team members, vendors, and client partners to drive successful campaigns.
- Setting KPI’s and expectations, track and report on all campaigns, using data to improve our strategies and optimize campaigns.
- Identify and communicate new channel and optimisation opportunities to clients and the wider team.
- Constantly seek knowledge about the Paid Media industry and stay-up-to-date with any major changes in the landscape so our clients are informed and our output is of high quality, innovative and forward thinking.
- Assist in developing and improving processes - and driving standards.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 4 years experience.
- Google Ads & Bing Ads advertising experience, across search, display and shopping.
- Google Ads certifications are favourable but not necessary.
- Comfortable with client-facing presentations and reporting.
- Strong time management skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Ads, CM360, and DV360 and would be favourable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Some experience supervising people.
- A team player with a can-do attitude.
- An innovator with a desire to always do better.
