About the Role
We are looking for a vibrant Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of our marketing campaigns and events. In this role, you will work across multiple brands, blending creative input, strategic planning, and administrative tasks to ensure our marketing initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with a passionate team and develop your marketing expertise. Your work will involve a variety of tasks, ensuring that your role remains both interesting and rewarding.
Responsibilities:
Event Coordination and Execution:
- Coordinate and execute a full range of marketing events, including sponsored industry events, trade shows, industry networking panels, client dinners, and webinars.
- Manage all event logistics, including bookings, paperwork, invoices, run sheets, agendas, and briefs.
Content Creation:
- Create, edit, and proofread engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, articles, and whitepapers.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as email campaigns, landing pages, and digital advertisements.
Online Presence:
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media profiles to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals and meet lead generation targets.
- Develop and nurture relationships with industry partners, media, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
What you will need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience or interest in planning and executing events, including managing logistics and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
- Content creation skills with the ability to write compelling and informative copy.
- Organised, forward planner with strong attention to detail.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to use initiative and work autonomously.
- Experience using design tools such as Canva or InDesign (preferred but not essential).
This role might require travelling within Australia.
