Main Responsibility:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator to create and manage digital and print designs for our marketing needs. The Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator’s responsibilities include managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts and generating creative ideas. Further to this, the successful candidate will be a key driver of our marketing efforts, playing an integral role in achieving brand reputation.
To be successful in this position, you should have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques as well as previous experience in marketing coordination with external agencies. You should also have experience in implementing marketing campaigns. Ultimately, the successful candidate will ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content and marketing initiatives.
Key Deliverables:
• Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics
• End to end catalogue and brochure development (collating, liaising with stakeholders, development and revisions)
• Product flyers, data sheets and instruction manuals
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
• Social media and digital content
• The development of marketing collateral for print in magazines and other channels
• Video production and editing (in house or managing agencies)
• Product packaging design and proofing
• Working with various departments on the development of product spec sheets
• Developing social media content alongside agencies
• Development of story boards and concepts for video production – alongside agencies
• The proactive development marketing collateral
• The development of trade advertising material in collaboration with sales and operations
• Proofing and checking marketing material
• Working with external printers and suppliers
• Keeping up to date with industry developments
Requirements:
• A graphic design qualification or minimum 4 years’ experience
• Portfolio with design projects
• Proven work experience as a graphic designer and marketing coordinator within a corporate environment
• Working experience with Adobe suit (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, premiere pro)
• A keen eye for visual details
• Aesthetic skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
