Develop and maintain a customer loyalty program that drives high engagement, retention and personalisation across the Mosh, Moshy and Healthy Mummy brands. Alongside this, the role will have a particular focus on the e-commerce arm of the business, driving revenue and expanding expertise in this area across all brands.
What you’ll do
On a day to day basis you will:
- Own CRM strategy and roadmap for end-to-end e-comm revenue growth
- Assist in developing and improving the CRM strategy for Mosh and Moshy’s recurring revenue business.
- Work across audience segmentation, data collection and customer lifecycle marketing to identify insights and opportunities to improve customer loyalty.
- Ongoing management, maintenance and improvement of the customer nurturing architecture.
- Drive CRM database growth and management.
- Devise and implement segmentation and personalisation strategies.
- Analyse, forecast and report on weekly and EOM results with actionable insights.
- Work collaboratively to execute customer centric campaigns that deliver on growth objectives.
- Be a subject matter expert on CRM best practice, compliance, and IP reputation management.
Experience you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with a go-getter personality. The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years in a similar role with CRM platform experience.
- Experience in CRM marketing automations, maintenance and optimisation.
- Experience in fast paced environment (ideally in e-commerce).
- Strong capabilities in analytics, data interpretation and reporting to a variety of audiences.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practice and A/B testing.
- Understanding of responsive design and experience using email delivery tools.
- High comfort level with editing and troubleshooting HTML.
- Experience in customer journey mapping.
- Experience with Hubspot/Klaviyo.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with sales promotions and campaign management.
- Proven ability in designing and optimising landing pages for improved conversion rates.
- Familiarity with product and stock management in an e-commerce setting.
