In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement customer-focused social media campaigns to drive engagement and revenue.
- Analyse the performance of social media engagements using various analytics tools.
- Monitor conversations and online trends to anticipate customer needs and initiate appropriate interactions.
- Collaborate with different departments to develop creative social solutions for maximum customer satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee customer service inquiries, moderation, and content review on social networks.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings.
- Ensure integration of campaigns with the brand's strategy and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and processes.
- Research target markets and analyse customer feedback to gain meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with other managers to develop social media influencer campaigns.

Essential skills and requirements:

- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, web analytics, and the social media landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships.
