Digital Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team to support our growth objectives for our Staffing and Recruitment Products and Services. In this role, you will be responsible for executing our digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver effective campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standard. This role works directly and collaboratively with the Senior Digital and Marketing Specialists currently based in Australia, and APAC. The role provides a chance to make an active contribution to our company's growth plans as well as the opportunity to learn and grow, within a supportive team environment.
Who we’re after
- Someone who is passionate about making our websites and digital platforms a key channel for business growth and place for our candidates, staff, and clients to engage.
- Several years’ experience (minimum 1-2 years) in digital marketing, and website management with some exposure in strategy and direct marketing
- A strong design background, with a deep understanding of UX across mobile and desktop environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong affinity with the customer and a “customer first” orientation
- Someone who is open to working flexibly, understanding we have operations across the Asia-Pacific region and across many time zones.
- Strong English language and written communications skills essential.
- Understanding of differing Asian cultures including the nuances for social media platforms used in China, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and Korea is a bonus.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar digital marketing or website management role, preferably experienced in both in a B2B & B2C environment.
- Experience in CRM and CMS development and management, as well as channel management
- Detailed understanding of SEO/SEM
- Experienced with Canva, Google Analytics, Excel, as well as other digital tools.
Salary range: $73-$78k for 12 months + super (experience dependent).
