ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a newly created managerial position, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, offering a very diverse and impactful opportunity to shape the marketing activity of Australia’s fastest growing non-bank lender. Your responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Management: Contribute to the planning and execution of customer and partner growth marketing strategies across various channels, including email, owned digital, search and social.
- Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of small scale business events, including budgeting, promotion, vendor management incl. merchandise and end-to-end project management.
- Webinar Program: Further develop and manage an ongoing program of engaging webinars to strengthen broker relationships and provide valuable insights.
- Website Optimisation: Enhance the corporate website to maximise SEO, CRO, and customer engagement funnels.
- Customer Tools/Knowledge Centre: Manage the development and maintenance of a suite of video-based customer education tools.
- Analytics Development: Build and maintain a comprehensive customer and market analytics library to drive data-driven marketing decisions.
- Project Leadership: Serve as the day-to-day marketing lead for strategic projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and cross-functional teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Compliance and external partners to develop and implement marketing activities that support a range of business goals.
ABOUT YOU
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 5+ years of Marketing experience. Third Party Distribution, home loan, and/or startup/scale-up marketing experience is highly advantageous.
- Digital Savvy: Up to date with the latest marketing trends and proficient in using leading-edge marketing, publishing, and analytics tools.
- Technical Expertise: CMS, SEO, CRO, and analytics tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform marketing strategies.
- Event Management: Experience in planning, executing, and managing/activating small business events, including budgeting, venue management, merchandise procurement and audience engagement strategies.
- Project Management: Exceptional project and planning management skills with experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Communications: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Initiative and Drive: A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to be hands-on with various marketing activities.
- Stakeholder Management: Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal (especially Sales Team) and external stakeholders incl. suppliers.
- Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes and demonstrating the impact of marketing initiatives.
