Make an impact in Deakin’s Infrastructure & Digital division following an exciting period of change within the University. This key leadership position will establish and drive priorities across Portfolio Delivery and is focused on enhancing the customer experience through integrating physical and digital infrastructure, projects, and services to deliver seamless, impactful solutions tailored to customer needs.
The Manager, Project Coordination will establish and lead the Infrastructure & Digital Project Coordination function, taking a visible and proactive approach to the coordination and delivery of strategic physical and digital infrastructure projects and initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Portfolio Delivery and leading a team of Project Coordinators, the Manager, Project Coordination will contribute to the development of program and project timelines ensuring alignment with budgets, stakeholders, organisational objectives, compliance and relevant regulations, and assisting with resource allocation and optimisation for efficiency and effectiveness.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Proven expertise in the management of significant human and material resources
- Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience
- Extensive experience in initiating, development and managing projects within an agreed timeframe
- Extensive experience and sound knowledge of project coordination and management principles
