Privy has 3,000+ Enterprise customers and 42m Users today, and growing! We are launching in Australia and need to build a team of smart, ambitious experts to take Privy to its next level of growth. Having recently completed series C funding, led by KKR - Privy ANZ is the first step in going global.
The Role
As the ANZ Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of marketing for the ANZ region - helping Privy ANZ to build quality, homogeneous pipeline to feed the sales function as well as increase brand awareness and the profile of Privy in ANZ. Owning the GTM strategy, building campaigns and executing plans across the ANZ region. This position will work closely with the ANZ Country Leader and the Privy HQ Marketing leaders - along with a number of agencies to help deliver a high performing marketing function in ANZ.
The ideal candidate is one who has the ability to think strategically as well as being comfortable executing their own plans. We’re a start-up with ambition and very healthy funding - we need individuals who are comfortable working in a fast paced, demanding environment who can see the bigger picture but comfortable getting their hands dirty.
What you’ll do
- Own Go To Market marketing plan for ANZ Region, addressing quarterly Field & Digital Marketing plans that integrate sales and marketing requirements to support regional pipeline and revenue goals
- Develop and execute demand generation marketing programs, including third-party, Strategic Partner & ISV’s and Privy hosted events, webinars, in-person and virtual experiences, integrated campaigns, roadshows, and direct mailers.
- Forecast and measure the impact of the marketing plan on sales cycles while analysing program results, optimising as needed
- Own the planning and execution of ABM programs that penetrate key accounts in region
- Coordinate & collaborate with various external & internal teams & marketing partners to execute campaigns & programs.
- Maintain ongoing communications and be the go-to marketing resource with the regional sales leaders, sales reps, BDRs, and regional partners
- Part of the regional sales leadership in understanding, participating, and obtaining buy-in for field marketing programs to ensure an integrated GTM plan.
- Work closely with the Global Marketing functions and be an active member of the marketing organisation
- Develop a joint marketing strategy and drive plans with focused partners and ISV’s in the region.
- Define the ANZ marketing growth plan aligned to resource and investment needs and to grow the region.
- Work closely with the ANZ leader to develop a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the sales pipeline and revenue goals aligned to the relevant GTM strategy.
About you
- 10+ years experience in SaaS/Technology Marketing roles
- Familiar with “start-up” environment
- Must be hands on, well-organised with an ability to get things done
- Inbox 0 type personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be able to thrive in a team-first dynamic
- Experience marketing to corporate IT functions in enterprises
- Comfortable and with proven executive stakeholder engagement
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote management for extended periods of time
- Working knowledge across the marketing tech stack (website, marketing, automation, CRM, data, analytics), experience with HubSpot preferred
- Strong demand & lead generation experience building multi-touch, integrated campaigns
- Excellent creative & strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
