About The Role
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving retention and growth for Spacetalk Mobile (MVNO). Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this is a high-impact, high-accountability position within a turnaround environment where results matter. Direct telco marketing experience, expertise in regulatory compliance, and an awareness of industry standards are essential to succeed in this role. You’ll be responsible for owning and executing all marketing activities for the MVNO business, including campaign planning, offer development, pricing strategies, and customer engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that resonate with our customers and achieve our business objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Retention and Growth Campaigns >> Plan, execute, and optimise customer retention and acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Data-Driven Marketing >> Leverage customer insights and analytics to design effective Klayiyo campaigns and targeted messaging.
- Pricing and Offers >> Develop and manage pricing strategies and promotional offers to maximize ARPU and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Coordination >>Work closely with product, sales, and IT teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives.
- Customer Experience >>Enhance customer lifecycle communication and engagement to improve retention and reduce churn.
- Performance Tracking >> Measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and scaling successes.

- Deep knowledge of the MVNO/telco industry, including market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive dynamics.
- Proven experience managing marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo), analytics tools, and CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced turnaround environment with a focus on delivery and accountability.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to drive collaboration and influence outcomes.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in telco or a related industry.
