As our highly valued Senior Manager Digital Experience based in Brisbane your role will be to create, lead and influence the strategy and execution of the Great Southern Bank digital experience to create and deliver customer engagement, satisfaction, loyalty and value. Supporting our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Increasing customer growth and digital NPS
- Blending digital customer journey management, user research, user testing, web analytics, customer insights, usability analysis, user experience design, user experience testing and UX/UI best practices,
- Creating, developing and effectively delivering strategies to enable the effective value creation of quality digital customer experiences.
- Coach, support and prioritise the pipeline of work for your team of UX, UI, digital copywriting and research experts.
Do things differently with us
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 7+ years’ experience in digital experience, design & research
- Experience leading and cultivating a high performing team and culture
- Ability to define and build digital design & research principles that are key foundations for Great Southern Bank’s digital experience
- Experience in driving and influencing improvements in the digital customer experience through detailed analysis, research and implementation
- Experience in mentoring and coaching team members
- Demonstrated ability in qualitative/quantitative research, user testing, IA, user journeys and flows
- Experience working with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) compliance standards, design principles, design systems and current knowledge of cross platform design (mobile, tablet, desktop)
- Digital Transformation experience
- Experience in Financial Services or regulated industries
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills, with high attention to detail
