The Senior Manager – Digital Optimisation plays a critical role in managing the website and landing pages for lead generation and product sales. The position reports to the Head of Marketing Technology and Performance and will involve collaboration with all departments at Latitude as well as external partner resources.
In this role, you’ll:
- Design and develop MarTech omni-channel and personalisation strategies, while leading a team of 2.
- Partner with the Marketing and Product senior leadership team to ensure optimal customer experiences across all marketing campaigns and digital channels, applying MarTech functionality efficiently.
- Develop and oversee the CRO strategy, aligning it with the company's digital marketing goals.
- Identify key opportunities for conversion rate improvements across all digital and email channels.
- Develop, implement, and analyse A/B and multivariate testing scenarios for landing pages and popular content on the website(s).
- Conduct in-depth analyses of user behaviour, website performance, and conversion metrics.
- Utilise data analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on CRO performance.
- Implement and manage personalisation tools, such as Marketing Cloud Personalisation, to gain insights into user behaviour and identify areas for improvement.
About you:
- Experience in conversion rate optimisation, including at least 5 years in a senior CRO role.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data analytics.
- Strong understanding of personalisation tools such as Marketing Cloud Personalisation and Dynamic Yield.
- Expertise in web analytics (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) to drive decisions, identify opportunities, and validate the success of site changes and enhancements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, with a passion for enhancing user experience and driving business results.
- Strong ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
