We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand and share the story of Mollydooker Wines with the world. About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in shaping and amplifying our online presence, ensuring our wines and brand remain at the forefront of the Australian and US markets. From managing websites and e-commerce platforms to delivering dynamic social media campaigns, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital storytelling.
Reporting to and collaborating closely with our Brand Manager and internal teams, you’ll bring our story, mission, and trademark to life, creating impactful digital campaigns that resonate with wine enthusiasts everyone along with customers who are new to the wine experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize our company websites and e-commerce platforms for Australian and US markets.
- Drive online sales using targeted Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Grow our digital presence by delivering engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
- Craft compelling visual and written content that reflects our brand and captivates our audience.
- Stay ahead of trends, leveraging insights to develop innovative strategies and campaigns.
- Analyse performance data and report on results to optimize campaigns for success.
- Maintain websites for accuracy, and for a consistent look and feel through all online platforms, as well as continuous testing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred OR a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce, ideally in wine, luxury goods, or the beverage industry.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian and US markets, including consumer habits and trends.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and trends (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and CRM software (Commerce7 or similar).
- Familiarity with tools like WordPress and Mailchimp.
- Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Strong content creation skills (copywriting, visual design, and aesthetics).
Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinker with a creative flair and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service mindset and collaboration skills.
- Data-savvy, with the ability to record, analyse, and report campaign performance.
