Casual hourly rate of $41.92 (HEW Level 3, Step 1), plus 25% casual loading.
Casual role. Based at Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde.

The Role
Under the supervision of Faculty Professional Services, the Digital Champion will:
Provide direct support to students and staff in using applications and equipment in both face-to-face lab environments and online via video conferencing.
Research, plan, and prepare software demonstrations to enhance user understanding.
Troubleshoot software issues and provide tailored advice to meet users' needs.
Create help and how-to resources to support ongoing digital literacy.
Maintain and ensure appropriate use of lab resources, returning the space to a ready state after each session.
Engage in media production and content development activities as capable and as required.

Possess strong communication skills with a genuine ability to assist others effectively.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Be able to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.
