About the role:
Join our Growth Operations team as a Change Manager, where you'll play a key role in driving impactful change across strategic, operational, and growth projects.
In this role you will lead the charge in helping our customers, partners, and frontline teams smoothly transition to new processes, systems, and technologies, ensuring we scale effectively while keeping customer experience and employee engagement at the forefront.
As a Change Manager, you’ll leverage your problem solving skills, excellent communication, and proven experience in change management to lead and collaborate on diverse initiatives; from product launches to system upgrades and process improvements. You'll ensure smooth transitions and drive successful outcomes across every project.
What you'll do:
Planning and Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to gather project requirements, map current and future processes, and update project briefs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build strong relationships and communicate the benefits of change. Develop clear communication materials (emails, presentations, timelines) to keep stakeholders informed.
Change Impact Assessment & Readiness: Conduct change impact assessments with project teams, create change management plans, and contribute to go/no-go decisions by evaluating readiness for change.
Change Execution & Support: Drive elements of change programs, lead workshops, and support user acceptance testing. Manage communication plans and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
Continuous Improvement & Evaluation: Measure the success of change initiatives, track key performance indicators, and reinforce change when needed. Proactively enhance change management processes and support a culture of continuous improvement aligned with Tyro's values.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in change management, especially in dynamic environments with customer service or sales teams.
- Strong influencing, communication, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and guide teams through change.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess change impacts, anticipate risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguous environments while prioritising competing demands.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and balance the needs of our staff, our customers and our business.
