Customer Marketing Specialist
Tyro is looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist who is passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences and driving business growth. In this role, you’ll lead initiatives to engage, retain and grow our customer base through innovative campaigns and value-added programs.
You’ll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Product, Sales, Data, and more to deliver impactful strategies that encourage multi-product adoption and foster long-term loyalty.
What you'll do:
Plan and Execute Campaigns: Design, implement and optimise multi-channel customer marketing campaigns in collaboration with various teams across Tyro.
Craft Compelling Communications: Create engaging customer content by distilling product information and CVPs, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance guidelines.
Drive Retention Programs: Collaborate across teams to develop and execute targeted retention strategies, including tailored offers for high-risk customers.
Utilise Data-Driven Insights: Analyse data to inform campaign strategies, measure impact and continuously improve results.
Report and Optimise: Monitor and report on campaign performance, uncovering opportunities to enhance outcomes and refine strategies.
Highlight Value-Added Services: Lead initiatives that showcase Tyro’s ecosystem of value-added services to improve customer engagement and retention.
Support Go-To-Market Initiatives: Educate customers on new products or features to drive activation, usage and satisfaction.
What you'll bring:
Proficiency with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Braze or HubSpot.
Strong understanding of business or retail banking products, including deposits, payments and loans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with copywriting experience highly regarded.
Demonstrated experience in customer or lifecycle marketing, ideally within finance or tech organisations.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, influence at all levels and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Strong commercial acumen with experience leveraging marketing and customer data for reporting and decision-making.
