Role: Manager, Sales Development
Team: Public Sector
Our Sales and Business Development team is the driving force behind our revenue engine! We source new opportunities across government and public sector accounts through a combination of inbound leads, strategic research, and outreach, before moving them through the sales process.
As a Manager, your team will consist of inbound or outbound Individual Contributors (ICs) at varying levels of their sales and professional careers, ranging from recent graduates to seasoned sales development professionals or those making a career pivot.
Your focus will be on strengthening the team's skills and capabilities with a view to promotion, while driving revenue opportunities across various government and public sector entities. Flexibility will be key, ensuring your team's efforts best support your partners' adapting business needs and adjusting course when needed.
Internal partnerships will be a catalyst to success. You will be closely aligned with sales leaders, marketing, strategy, and leadership as you build and implement a corporate sales game plan tailored to the government and public sector.
Additionally, data will be at the heart of everything you do. Forecasting, reporting, managing team focus, and trajectory to build a robust pipeline for our Sales Teams to tackle and fully realize.
